Maybe you've recently met with a new client who has had many different diagnoses over the years. She tells you that she has tried to feel better and make changes, but every professional she's seen recommends a different treatment. What about the client whose symptoms seem elusive to pin down? You've been working with him for several months, but now you aren't positive that his treatment plan is as effective as it could be. Maybe you're a prescriber and have concerns about a patient's clinical presentation. I've developed strong professional relationships with clinicians just like you! I enjoy the collaborative experience of working with other professionals to help clients feel better and live the lives they envision for themselves.
For the types of clients described above, psychological testing and assessment can provide information that supports the therapeutic process. Although psychological evaluations through testing are not always necessary to accurately diagnose all clients, in the cases described above they can be invaluable. I also provide case consultations and welcome the opportunity to speak with you about the services I can provide for your clients. If you would like to learn more, it would be my pleasure to speak with you.
