If you have out of network benefits, it's important to know that some policies do not provide reimbursement for testing services. Often, insurance plans requires pre-approval of services to ensure that your out of network benefits can be applied. For clients who wish to use their out of network benefits, it's very important to determine how your policy applies to testing services and what out of pocket expenses you may incur. It is ultimately your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to determine your costs and what you will need to submit to them when utilizing out of network plan coverage. I am happy to provide any information they need to help with this process.
In the past year, our practice has acquired outstanding invoices. For this reason, it has become necessary to require that payments be made either prior to appointments or at the start of the appointments. Reports will not be created until all payments are received.
In order to reduce barriers to paying for an evaluation, Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis with the following accepted: Personal or Bank Checks, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We are also certified to provide access to Care Credit. Please contact the office to discuss any additional questions or concerns you may have related to fees.
